Casa da Ínsua has been producing wine for a long time.
From 1850 the focus became of creating a wine with a unique name and characteristics, bringing from Paris modern French procedures and grape varieties that he merged with the renowned national grape varieties, transforming vineyards, technologies and grape varieties, producing the first Casa da Ínsua wine in 1852.
