Usage/maintenance instructions

Set with knife block and kitchen knives. Includes: - Paring knife, 10cm blade; - Utility knife, 15cm blade; - Bread knife, 20cm blade; - Chef's knife, 20cm blade; - Carving knife, 20cm blade; / Care Instructions: Wash before first use. In order to maintain the beauty of the knives, they should be hand washed. In case you choose to machine wash them, we recommend drying them right after the end of the programme, to avoid corrosion and stains caused by calcareous water and detergents. Knives should be sharpened regularly to maintain the cutting edge. Block washable only with a damp cloth.
