The estimated delivery time: up to 58 working days for mainland Portugal; up to 63 working days for Madeira Island; up to 71 working days for Azores.

All orders confirmed on the Casa Alegre website will be delivered to the address that the Customer specified for delivery at the time of ordering.

The Customer will be notified by email and SMS of the delivery date/period and will have the possibility to change the delivery address, as well as the date. About 30 minutes before delivery, you will be contacted by telephone by the carrier.

Before applying the material, check that the boxes have the same reference, batch and size. Never apply different batches on the same surface. For a better colour homogeneity, at least 3 boxes should be used simultaneously. The decorations of the Widow Lamego produced in 3rd fire result from special decoration processes that may cause a slight variation in tone. These pieces also require careful handling in order to avoid scratches or irreversible damage. Their surface must be protected during application by preventing mortar contact. Any excess mortar must be removed immediately with a clean sponge and plenty of water; abrasive or acidic cleaning agents must not be used
30 minutes after grouting, cleaning can begin by removing the product remains from the joints with a damp sponge. Once the product has set, carry out a general cleaning with a dry cloth. When maintaining the ceramic floor and wall tiles, we recommend frequent cleaning of the surfaces with domestic cleaning products, and in areas connected to the exterior, the use of carpets to prevent the circulation of sand, which damages all types of flooring. When cleaning and maintaining the decorated products, we do not recommend the use of abrasive or highly concentrated cleaning products or utensils that may scratch or damage them.
