The Letto e Bagno brand, which means Bed and Bath in Italian, despite having an Italian name, the products are made in Portugal and the offices are iPorto. The brand was developed by Maria Luís Guimarães Lampreia. She was born in Guimarães but she has already lived in Bangladesh, Mozambique, London, New York and Brazil. She is 34 years old and has 2 daughters, Luísa and Carlota who are 3 years and 10 months, respectively. The idea of the project started when she was pregnant with Luísa and needed to make the bed linen trousseau, because she couldn't find anything except the handmade family trousseau and a few other pieces. It was from that moment on that she had the idea of starting to develop machine-made sheets that would inspire hand-embroidered ones. 

Thus began Sourcing from traditional houses, mostly from family members, her own grandmother, mother and aunts, as well as online research and teamwork with designers. Together with the embroiderers, she developed special techniques and designs that matched the selected designs. That's how Lettoebagno was born, offering Bed Linen (sheet sets, duvet covers, baby bedspreads and Duvet padding and pillows) and tailored Bath Linen or those from the collection. The brand's purpose is to equip all the beds of the family, from a cot, crib, single bed to a double bed, including the Super King Size bed (200x200), as well as customizing bath towels with initials and other designs from the collection. The bed linen is produced with percale 200 thread 100% cotton fabric, construction 40/40 110x86, Easycare finish (finish that provides softness, a fresh touch and less wrinkling).
