Sabores de Barrancos is a company dedicated to the production, preparation and curing of products derived from black pork.

Located in the beautiful town of Barrancos, with its characteristic Mediterranean microclimate, it has all the conditions for a final product of the highest quality.

The pure, fresh air and all the natural climatic conditions are fundamental to the curing of the sausages. A slow and natural curing process, unlike existing products, which are cured by the smoking process.

The quality of our products comes from the breed and region in which they are made and from the details throughout the production process.

We also have well-qualified professionals who further enhance the quality and development of our products.

We recently started producing goat's cheese, using milk from the herds that graze on the hills in the parish of Barrancos.
