Description

Produced from Pinot Blanc grape varieties (100%), it has a pale yellow color, clean and bright in appearance. It has a light, fresh, elegant and fine aroma. It suggests notes of dried vegetables and white flowers based on discreet hints of exotic fruits and minerals. In the mouth it maintains delicacy, with sensations of lemonade, slightly sweet fruit and a finish animated by excellent acidity and freshness.

Ideal to accompany with salads, fish or white meat dishes and/or desserts.
Consumption temperature: 10 - 12ºC.
The conditions of storage or storage of the wines are very important if we want to preserve the characteristics of the wines and ensure a regular evolution over time. The storage place should ensure: An adequate temperature and with some ventilation in order to prevent the proliferation of fungi. It must allow the laying of the bottles to be arranged. No oscillations, vibrations or unpleasant odors. The bottles should be protected from light keeping the relative humidity high.
