Campolargo currently works one hundred and seventy hectares on two properties in the centre of Bairrada, in the municipality of Anadia: Quinta de São Mateus and Quinta de Vale de Azar.

Their viticulture is carried out under an integrated production regime. They plant foreign and national grape varieties (some from outside the region) such as: Baga, Castelão Nacional, Trincadeira, Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, etc., and in the whites, we plant Arinto, Bical, Cerceal, Chardonnay, Verdelho, Sauvignon Blanc, among others.

In their winery, located in Quinta de S. Mateus, they produce wines based on an oenological concept of maximum respect for the grapes, with practically exclusive use of gravity throughout the winemaking cycle and the exclusion of any oenological products.
