Description

Made from Pinot Noir (50%) and Chardonnay (50%) grape varieties, it has a golden color, making one suppose that it is older than it is. There are many notes of very ripe fruit, apple and some red fruits that are reminiscent of Pinot Noir. Very good volume in the mouth, good profile, very French in style and the whole shows great capacity to be better appreciated at the table than as an aperitif. Usage/maintenance instructions

We suggest its consumption accompanied by the famous roast suckling pig, veal or goat in the oven, or if you prefer as an accompaniment to some desserts.
Consumption temperature: 8 - 10ºC.
The conditions of storage or storage of the wines are very important if we want to preserve the characteristics of the wines and ensure a regular evolution over time. The storage place should ensure: An adequate temperature and with some ventilation in order to prevent the proliferation of fungi. It must allow the laying of the bottles to be arranged. No oscillations, vibrations or unpleasant odors. The bottles should be protected from light keeping the relative humidity high.
