Ideal to accompany with salads, fish dishes or white meats.
Consumption temperature: 8 - 10ºC.

The storage place should ensure: An adequate temperature and with some ventilation in order to prevent the proliferation of fungi. It must allow the laying of the bottles to be arranged.
